    I have just visited the games section of these forums and the top 14 posts are all just spam from 2 individuals,is it me or has spamming got worse in the last couple of weeks or have i just started to notice it and its always been bad,I dont know why but it riles me a lot!!!!!

    Flag their profiles as well, so that the spammer is gotten rid of as well as their spam

      yes i do flag them but then a new one comes along the very next day,top 10 ways to hate a spammer with passion sounds like an interesting hub title..mmmm

    It's gotten pretty easy to recognize them quickly, though.  When I do, I just go immediately to their profile and flag.  Maybe we should all just agree to flag or report them as soon as we spot them.  That's the only way I know of currently to do anything about them.

    Hubpages are quite quick though i flagged one about 10 mins ago and he has already been given the boot...smile

    I have seen people reply to spam and include the quote with the spam link in it in their answer; which must make even more work for the HubPages staff.

      yes it probably does but you cant fault them they do an incredibly good job,well done hubpages staff!!!

      yeah, i think even if you are not sure it is best to flag as a genuine hubber will be able to justify what they have done0 starting long arguments is what the spammer wants as it keeps their link alive

    yeah, the  staff at hubpages must be sitting there on the attack.... only when the keep getting caught quickly will they realise its not worth the work and try somewhere else
