Can it be done, at least on a Hubber to Hubber level?

Would those at the top be willing to help someone whose Hubscore is, say, in the sixties or seventies if they genuinely wanted to implement tips, tricks (ha) or advice?

I'm thinking about opening up my Hub-knowledge, albeit less than some others around (I'm looking at Patty Inglish, here) to ONE person at this time.

The only cost to you is.. well.. 49.95.

    Per year.

    >.>

I'm just kidding! Put away your pitchforks!

Seriously, though, I would be willing to partner with one willing Hubber, trade knowledge and tricks about everything from tags to capsule order, proofreading one anothers Hubs, anything!

Send me mail through my profile if you're interested. big_smile

This is a great idea smile I like it. Mentor programs work but only if these factors are meant:
    -All information taught is accurate
-No sabotaging someone who doesn't know what to do
-Generally a nice person who will not get upset

Theres some other things I forgot while writing those (lots on my mind) anyway I think this would be a great idea. When I first joined the Hubpage network I looked for someone to talk to, not on a forum, and preferably not on a e-mail. I wanted to talk to people using Aim or Msn you know? Thats how you really get to know someone and thats what the mentor program would have to do for good communication.

I agree, thranax.  If you'd believe it (and even if you don't) it takes a particular topic or a lot of work to get me all riled up. big_smile

    No.

did you know that he's still emailing me harassing me?  Only reason I haven't marked him spam/phishing/etc. is because it's mildly entertaining to type LOL repeatedly at him and watch him continue to get madder at me.

This is actually something that Orble does- the difference being that one person is the mentor of another after the 1st person emails the orble staff that someone wants to sign up and you were the referrer. Then you become the official mentor to that 2nd person and you get a small percent of ads showing on the other person's blogs. A little complicated, but yea...

This is a good idea for HP. The referral program is kind of like the orble mentor program I guess, but you also actually mentor the person, like what you're talking about Charlotte... I think anyway...

I dunno.. I'd be in though...

Are you guys talking about the "substandard" poet person from last month?

Whitney, I think they are talking about the one who signs himself "Enlightened Poet Misra" - he mainly hangs out in the religion forum.

*chuckles* I'm offering to mentor someone, not be mentored myself (though I'd never turn it down from those with 95-100's as their scores!)
