For the last two days I have not received any emails from hubpages with new hubs by hubbers that I follow. Is this happening to anyone else? If so why? I've noticed a big decline in views the last couple of days and my new hubs have virtually no views. I'm wondering if this is why.
Blessings Cardelean for bringing this up! Me, too! Third day without receiving my normal batch of HubPage's new Hubs by my favorite Hubbers! (I love to read/comment first thing in the morning with a good cup of chai java!) This must be a glitch! It's Monday and I am sure the HubPages Team is on it! Blessings, Earth Angel!
Hello again Cardelean! I just posted both our concerns on the Forum for Reporting Problems! Thanks again for letting many of us know we weren't the only ones! I'm sure the HubPages Team will correct the problem! It's GREAT to see how many of us love this feature! Blessings always, Earth Angel!
Yes, I will agree. I haven't received mine for the last two days either. I figured I would wait long enough for someone else to post a thread about it, before saying anything.
Is no one else experiencing this? I am having the same problem. I keep checking my profile and all is well, at least I think so!
Exactly!! And I referenced your thread in the thread I opened. I also have not received an e-mail about Hubs today. And my views are waaaaayyyyyy down today, as you have mentioned about yours. Yesterday was pretty good for me. Today is absolutely miserable so far.
ezhang did comment in the other thread, so he knows about this. I'll link to this one there too, just to give one extra nudge to make sure it stays in their awareness.
I haven’t received an email notification of new hubs by people that I follow for two days either.
I'm glad it's not just me. Sorry Cardisa, I missed your thread.
I hear that Google is being investigated for possibly - not sure how to explain this, 'rigging' seems to strong of a word -- manipulating ? - page rankings and views. Wonder how this will affect Hub Pages.
I'm not surprised at all, I really don't trust the big bad G.
No problem Cardelean, we are here to help each other. I get the new hubs in my feed, but you have to look carefully lest you miss them.
My page views are suffering too and so are the scores (yeh yeh yeh, I know the scores are not that important, i can't help loving my scores being up there)
I hope they get it fixed soon...I would hate for you to miss out on all of my wonderful writing, Cara!
I have had this problem. I changed my email settings to receive the newly written hubs as soon as they are published. This has helped, I think.
I get notice of newly published hubs on my home page under the -Rss Feed I believe it is called, days before it reaches my email. This is also true of new comments to hubs I am following. I always check the feed for new information rather than rely on email.
My email box has been being blown up with hub pages emails for the past two days. I have been popping in and out all day.
I have no idea what my settings are but do like to pop into the email account and have lots of hub page emails at all times of the day and night. My reason for being in now is to check on a hub I received an email about.
My guess is you should check your settings again if you are not receiving them. If that doesn't work you will have to wait until the powers that be can fix it.
My problem is not that I'm not receiving emails from HP. I get emails (like the one about this post) all day long. My problem is that for some reason we are no longer receiving the daily email from HP that lists the new hubs that are published by hubbers that we follow. I know that I am not receiving them and there are many other hubbers that are not either. None of my setttings have changed.
I haven’t received an email notification of new hubs by people that I follow for two days either
Nothing's changed for me as far as getting e-mail notices. Only severe decline in views.
Ditto! So the question is, is this a deliberate, permanent change or is this one of those "glitches"?
I haven’t received an email notification of new hubs by people that I follow for four days now .
It has been 4 days now, without receiving email with regards to hubber's list of hubs published.
I have not changed my settings. This is an on-going problem that needs to be addressed.
I have sent the Hubpage team a email about this problem,
and if you want you can to, here is the address: firstname.lastname@example.org
The issue has been noted, and we're in the process of investigating the problem. It should be fixed in the next few days, so hang tight
Thanks ezhang! We knew you were on it! Blessings! Earth Angel!
Thank you ezhang and all the brilliant HubPages team for fixing the glitch so quickly! MUCH appreciated by all us faithfuls! Blessings, Earth Angel!
See Cardelean, you are just the BEST for alerting everyone! And because of you, a fix was started all the sooner! All will be well! That's what community is all about! Blessings to you always, Earth Angel!
Thank you Thank you Thank you as Gomer would say
I thought it was just me Ha Who knew? Oh yeah you did lol
Thanks for getting it fixed so fast It's a beautiful day in the HP neighborhood.
Thanks to everyone for your patience and positive attitude while we work out the bugs in our system. We greatly appreciate it

Is it just me? I usually gets quite a few notices of new hubs, although they've been showing up in my bulk folder. But I haven't gotten any at all in two or three days! Is no one publishing new hubs, or has my Yahoo mailbox gone bonkers?

Well, it is working, but only for some hubs and not others. is there an individual setting somewhere I've missed?I'm getting notifications of 3 or 4 hub comments a day so thought all was well. Then I discover over 50 new comments on one hub over the last 7 days that I wasn't notified of.How many...

When I checked my email this morning, I had 5 emails from HubPages telling me someone had replied to my forum posts - including myself in 2 (at least some]/i] of the emails contained multiple post notifications).I can handle not being notified of this new feature, but I'd seriously like to know why...

I've had two comments on two separate hubs today and the notification on neither one was emailed to me to let me know they were there.I just happened to see them in the numbered section in the top part of the screen where the word "notifications" is.Has something changed and we don't get...

I can't believe that I'm ranked behind people who just link up American Idol highlights.I asked Hubpages what the deal was and they gave me a runaround. I'm starting to think this is all BS! Please help renew my faith.
