   Has anyone else out there not received their earnings updated from hubpages for the last couple days. Mine usually updates around every morning at about 8 AM est, but hasn't updated in a few days... Just wondering if its my account, or if others are having this problem??

      my last update was the 15th-- perhaps they are fixing a glitch or something that went wrong over the week-end.  I'm sure it will all be OK eventually.  Has anybody emailed the " team" about it?

         Would you say that to someone who went out to a day job each day and then suspected they might not get paid? Many people here do this for a living, and since Panda they get nervous if there are glitches with earnings updates or indications HP might have a problem.

      It just updated for Saturday and I'm extremely shocked!!! My CPM was way down and the total earnings just 2 cents!!!

   I have definitely updated as the Total Earnings is 39 cents higher than the report for the month.  I sure hope that's wrong!

      Same problem Don't worry everyone in the Festive mood and HP can get the results to you once they've got info from all the sources so many ppl will have to be at their desks if you want it updated
      But I always thought everything was automagic

                Somewhere around there, but that would be for  LAST months earnings, not this month, so the lag in reporting has nothing to do with that.
                
                If you just reached $50 this month, you won't see that until January.

                Cardisa - you get paid the 20th of the next month.
                
                So, If you reached $50 or more in Nov. Payment should reach you 20 Dec.

    I thought they might've sorted it out this morning (Monday) but so far, nothing yet.  Like others, the eBay is updating but not the HP ads.  Oh well, I guess we've just got to be patient...

    Still no update of earnings, this is a bit worrying. I would feel better if a staff member updated us on the situation and when we can expect to see an update. I can't ever recall being more than 48 hours behind on the updated earnings before now.

             No need to be nervous - it happens occasionally and usually there is little or nothing said from HP staff - often there is a 'earnings delayed' notice - but as this occurred over the weekend that won't appear until Monday - and as HP is on the West coast it's only just opened its doors - so I'm sure they are simply on their first round of coffee!

                Hopefully you are correct Simey, but I don't believe it has ever been this long before, and even at weekends I have seen responses posted to forum threads etc on other subjects by HP staff. Anyway, I won't really start to seriously worry unless there has still been no update to earnings or any staff feedback by Tuesday morning.

                               Just the message shows, not the earnings yet. You need to click on your earnings at the top of the My Account Page, then go to the section where it says 'Choose Report Type and Date Range', and then immediately below that use the drop down menu to select 'Ad Program', then click submit. The message will then be visible at the top of the screen.

                            In the past, delays like this have tended to be associated with a higher CPM. I've always had mental pictures of some bean counter, blue in the face, screaming, "Noooo, we can't pay them that much!!! Check it, again, and again, and again."

                               Yes, mine just came through: $473,838.23 for yesterday.. a small increase, but I was a bit disappointed as it is now obvious that I won't break $50 million this month..

                                        I know. If the # were true, HP would earn about 103 million from eBay alone each year. With Amazon, HP ads, and Google ads, HP would approach $1 billion in revenue per year. Nice.

    These freezes for one or a few days are really pretty common if you look over the entire period Hubads has been running.  I can;t say it worries me.  The system catches up eventually.

    you know what?  I'm not gonna tell!  I really don't want to talk about it.  And anyhow - isn't it morally wrong to judge each other by how much $ we're making here?  Can't we just be artistically superior and immune to earnings and ignore such mundane things like that?  I mean can't we be real writers and let our accountants worry about it?  probably not.  I wish I could tell you.  But I can't.  I mean, I know how much, but I hardly believe it myself.  Just feel proud of me for get a 100!  that should impress you enough!  Soon I'll have 100 hubs and hope I can stay a 100 for awhile!

    As nerve wrecking as it is to be waiting so long, at least HP's acknowledgement means they're looking into it. I'm sure they'll figure it out.
    
    Hopefully, a big surprise will be awaiting us all at the end

    Yeah! Friday's earnings report has been updated. Also, recieved the notification that some technical faults are preventing data for the reports of 16th, 17th and 18th.
    The data of 16th has been updated though. We'll see rest of the earnings updated today including 19th.
