I originally put 356 (31-21), but then I figured it might take around 10 days for all of us to actually die...
It all depends on how it happens. Will the triggering event be instantly all-encompassing or will it start localized and then spread?
Actually, in my 12/21/12 hub, I've currently set the odds at 99.2% that there is life after 2012.
Any Unix machine (including Mac OS X) will tell you that we are quite safe beyond 2012:

My dollar-store wall-calendar says we're good at least for 2013. I place my complete trust in those dollar-store wall-calendars. They haven't failed me yet.

No!! So, why should we Christians continue using the Gregorian Calendar which confused us totally? Originally, January was the 11th month on that calendar and the 12th month was February. And it was more closely related to the Biblical Calendar, which began around March-April.
