I finally got a profile score of 100, and I am proudly exclaiming excitement!!!

...it'll be gone tomorrow...or TONIGHT...or the next couple of hours even...RIBBIT!!!

Enjoy it! You deserve it on the strength of your username alone (which I love) - but I'm sure there's much more to it.

edit: Oh, and take a screen shot.  For posterity.

No, they don't.  I had one pretty steadily for a bit, but lost it again..  I think mine will be gone quite a long time..

Thank Dorsi! I truly appreciate it. But until it happens again, the screen shot will suffice for it really happening the first time. wink

Thanks Randy...I hope so. I've read in the forums where some hubbers feel that other hubbers are obsessed about a profile score of 100.

I think that most hubbers are working hard to achieve and maintain a 100, opposed to being obsessive about it.

The factors that contribute to the 100 can change at any time (of course we know that) but that doesn't mean that you shouldn't continue to strive for it.

Randy Godwinposted 12 years agoin reply to this

I usually get a 100 score shortly after publishing a new hub, but as others will tell you, no one knows for sure what the requirements really are.  It comes and goes!  So I actually don't know how to "strive for it"!  smile

Awesome! Lots of hard work I'm sure. Still don't know what needs to be done to get to 100 but I'm trying...

imatellmuvaposted 12 years agoin reply to this

Well, Kelleyward the 100 is gone, it seems almost as quickly as it appeared. While, I have had more views of my hubpages since, and even more communication on the forums, and comments to hubs, the 100 is now history.

It was good while it lasted.

Well congratulations to you! Milestones like that are so great - they encourage a hubber to write more. You feel appreciated! And your stuff is unique, well written, and engaging. That will do it! And it did! You go girl!

I think it's great that you've reached a hub profile score of 100!!! I'm finding that the more I write, the higher my score becomes. I don't just want to write hubs, I want to write about topics that interest people in general. I hope to write more quality hubs too. Hubwriting is so much fun. It gives me something to look forward to. Keep on doing your thing!!!!!!

nina64...thank you. I enjoy writing too, and can only hope that my hubs have some particular interest to those who choose to read them...not unless of course the views to my hubs are all coincidental mistakes! lol

Awesome! Congratulations! To be one of the best even fleeting is a great accomplishment. Then when you think of the competition - wow! Your hard work is showing. You earned that accolade!

It was indeed a fleeting moment. I imagined if I had blinked my eye only once in eleven hours (that's how long it lasted)...I may have never known.

        Mark is chintzy like that.

I, however, will be happy to congratulate you until you become heartily sick of it.

Well, from my reading of letters one of my ancestors had from George Washington himself, apparently one of your upper class types refused to congratulate him when he chopped down his third cherry tree.   The sting of that insult stayed with him all his life and you know what happened next..

Thanks Pcunix I appreciate your compliment and look forward to seeing you and Mark again...and again.

Sike...I'm done with it...not the 100, but I'm over mentioning it, if ever it happens again. I've got the screenshot as you both suggested.

        I thank you both...100 times over!  big_smile
