well, you know I don't vote in these popularity threads becuz I always feel then that I'm back in 4th grade when nobody wanted me on their team and so I always fear that someone will feel left out even when here on Hubpages we're all included, unless we act real bad!
but calpol is a special person becuz he seeks to make us smile even when, like today, when we are mourning a special lovely angel who has gone on and who maybe had no idea what a special place she had in so many lives and how her songs gave us so much - Whitney Houston - so many are crying - and I still can smile becuz there are people like calpol in the world who are light spirits meant to help us take things a little less seriously.
More really nice folks: Leahlefler, Mary (from FL), drbj, MightyMom, SligoBay, Beth Godwin, Sally's Trove, AKirchner, Just Ask Susan, randomcreative, Cardisa, K9keystrokes, Hollie Thomas, Izzy, Wavegirl, 50caliber, RebekahElle, Herbivore Hippie, and Tamcor. And even though he and I rarely see eye to eye, I'll have to include Ralph Deeds here, too.
pcunix is nice - I don't care what anybody says! He's nice because he's real, not phoney baloney about anything and says what he thinks and is awfully nice about real things, never trying to hide his intelligence just so people won't get ticked off - now, is this latest popularity contest over yet?
I wouldn't expect anyone to think that I'm "nice" in fact, I don't try to be nice, at least not "nice" the way it is commonly thought of - to me, that is usually boring. Sorry. I bet a lot of you would agree that "nice" is not all its cracked up to be - and sometimes it is downright irritating. There! I said it, and I'm not sorry! Most all of us are decidely not nice in these forums sometimes, except maybe Prettydarkhorse - who is so nice it is confusing! I think she is truly nice, and just a good person. but I could be wrong.
I'm British. Nice to me means good! However, I do remember my English teacher telling me never to use the word "nice" as it had no real meaning! I must be a rebel, to some degree. So I'll just say you're witty, with good intentions and will speak your mind ( to me that's nice) Didn't mean to offend.
Well, I am VERY nice... and almost everyone I know here is very nice or looks like they are very nice. Take for instance AEvans... she looks like a nice girl! And just take a look at Habee... don't you just feel like you can go down the street to have a few beers with her? And then, check out Mega1... she's the Queen of Pop and doesn't even know it! I love you all, people. I really do!
Un-nice to you? I don't recall ever being un-nice to you. I know we had some disagreements in the past, but I've never gone out of my way to be un-nice to you. I do apologize that you feel that way, but I hold no ill wills towards you.
For me: There are a lot of genuine nice people on Hubpages that I have known for over a year

Ok... enough is enough. We hate the arbitrary hubber score. It is a phantom's judgement of us and the Q and A section does not give a clear cut way to effectively appease the phantom.Until you can give us an exact science (i.e. the way capitals and punctuation are used), it is not fair to stamp a...
I want to continue towards a stated goal without getting things confused with the 30 in 30 where I managed to do 20, so instead of starting over I will aim to do 100 hubs in 60 days and include the 20 in 30.In other words I less than 30 days left to write 80 hubs.New blog, new logo, new me.Anyone...
Though we have another thread devoted entirely to contest-related questions, you might want to see what other Hubbers are entering into the contest- as well as share your own masterpieces. Please do so here. This will be a fun way to get inspiration and strut our stuff!... Though before you submit...
Hello Hubbers, welcome to our last two weeks of the year. For these last two weeks of 2010 we are going to HubMob about "Eye health, visual impairment and Blindness". We have chosen this topic because January is National Braille Literacy Month and also Eye Care month. ...
So many places to see, so little time to do it. Wouldn't you just love to see in person all the lovely places that our HubMobsters have been sharing with us during this month? I know that my list of "places to see" has increased enormously and now I have the bug again, ready...
