It changes from time to time. Currently it's The Big Country, an 'anti-Western'. It's a film which attacks the idea of settling disputes with the gun instead of dialogue, and it features 3 great performances - Gregory Peck as the mild-mannered hero from the East, pitched into a wild west conflict, Charlton Heston as a complex character, who subtely changes from typical gun-slinging cowboy to a man who begins to appreciate the folly of senseless killing, and Burl Ives, who steals every scene he's in. It's an old film (1958) but catch it if you've never seen it before.

(I will be writing a review in the next few weeks)

I doubt anyone else will have this answer, but the movie I can watch and enjoy over and over is...MOONSTRUCK.  I love that movie!

(Oops! I just read some of the other answers and noticed that at least one other person listed Moonstruck as a favorite movie, too.)

My favorite is Glenn Gary Glenn Ross. Al Pacino, Jack Lemmon, Alan Arkin, Kevin Spacey, and Alec Baldwin. A true masterpiece of drama and comedy with little to no special effects. Keeps you entertained the entire way through. Full of sound bites and wonderfull scenes that will have you hitting the rewind button and watching them over and over.
