   I strongly believe that Laughing is very good for our health.
   It reduce stress and make the moments remember able. So i think we should never let any chance go when we can laugh.
   It is the best medicine.
   How many of you agree on the same?

      I have a funny for ya.
      
      Two friends stop at a restaurant right past the Kentucky/Indiana line.
      They get into a debate about the name of the city they're in.
      Is it called "Louis ville" or "Louie ville" or what?
      Finally they decide to ask a man sitting in a nearby booth.
      "Hey, how do you pronounce the name of this place?"
      
      The guy looks at 'em, rolls his eyes, and, speaking very slowly and deliberately so they can understand him, says:
      
      
      "B U R G E R    K I N G"

   I'm always the one that keeps laughing when everyone else is over it but i love it, it feels great and I swear its a legit ab workout!
   
   Have you heard of laughter yoga? apparently people sit in a circle and pretend to laugh, feeling so silly and awkward that they all start laughing for real, and its just a big laugh session... sounds geeky but i would try it!

   And just in case anyone thinks I'm mocking Kentuckians or Hoosiers,  I was born in Ky and now live in the Hoosier State, and I still find that joke hugely funny myself.
   
   I also know some fun ones about religion too.  But I do digress.
