The last movie i saw in a theater was Tomb Raider 1. I don't get out often. The last movie i saw on tv was Shrek 3. I have a 3 year old and Shrek is his current favorite.
Inception, I saw it three times with three different sets of friends each time.
EAT PRAY LOVE
did a review on it--------5 stars
at the theatres, Inception. when it first came out.
tv, Good Will Hunting. the other night
Good Will Hunting is an all time favorite.
Saw "The American" yesterday. Great movie that will probably do better in Europe than the U.S.
GWH is also one of my favorites, when I see it's on, I'll watch it. the story, the acting can't be beat.
I've never seen or heard of The American. I'll have to look it up.
EDIT: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1440728/ sounds worth watching. thanks Ron
Good Will Hunting - Agree - A brilliant film.
I also saw Good Will hunting the other night - enjoyed it thoroughly
The last film I watched was "The Book of Eli" and I was not very impressed. 4/10
Can't remember the last movie I watched at the cinema but the last movie I watched at home was "Animal House".
The Expendables in the theatre
On the big screen at home -- The Highlander
Titanic, No Gladiator.
Can't remember last TV movie-- maybe Austrailia.
The last ones I saw..
Theatres- Inception.
TV- Camp Rock 3 - The Final Jam
Hmmmm last movie very tough question.... i think MNIK (MY NAME IS KHAN\0 hindi movie and last english movie i saw was ALMOST FAMOUS......
The HiLLLLlllls are Alive, With The SOUND O_ M_ _ _ _!....
(Everyone join in....) La La la la...
bad santa then book of eli, can't name the others, it wouldn't be proper lmao cause look at my ridiculous avatar, now theres a lady
Just watched
The Count of Monte Cristo
pretty good - 7/10
Made of Honor (on DVD).
It was predictable but funny. I really enjoyed it. It was one o those that left you feeling uplifted (predictable or not).
My Girl 2 (recorded from TV)
It's not a patch on the first one and to be honest I didn't enjoy the first one that much either, lol.
The Rookie starring Dennis Quaid - based on a true story. Great film and one to watch!
The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo
based on the book by Stieg Larrsson.
Very good indeed.
Last one at home was Avatar...I'm usually not one for big box-office hits, but I did like that one.
Last one at the theater I believe was Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix...yes, it's been a while. Most of the time I'd rather wait for it to come out on Netflix so I can sit at home with a good meal to eat and a husband to cuddle with.
Eat, Love, Pray.
Good chick flick. Recommend it, despite the formula-type screen writing.
Some really, really good scenes in it.
8/20/10
Interesting...I would have thought you'd enjoy endless nights watching "Birth of a Nation".
Silly! You can't be serious all the time now can you? heehee
Just saw the movie takers with zoe saldana, matt dillion and ti, it is a good action flick.
The American, which while not bad was a bit disappointing.
I really liked "The American". I don't remember much about the movie, but my mood always improves after taking my wife to see a George Clooney movie.
Just watched
Beyond A Reasonable Doubt
Pretty good movie,
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1183251/
gives it 6/10, as there are some plot errors/people get annoyed at some things.
But all in all I'd recommend it
Love Happens (Anniston and Ekhart) - on DVD
I just thought it was a weighed down, dragged on, subtly draining, movie. It was alright, I guess; but it wasn't particularly interesting or fun while watching it. If someone doesn't mind having death the main subject, being bored, and having only a seconds-long happy enough ending - then I'd recommend it. Otherwise, no.
Resident Evil: Afterlife - movie was so boring that i fell asleep. Really bad experience with it.

Shutter Island
For those who liked it, I suggest you also watch The Lazarus Project.
Also watched Full Metal Jacket, pretty funny at the start but after Boot Camp it gets a bit boring.

Am I the only one NOT watching the Oscars?Personally I do not view any type of awards ceremonies, I just do not see the point of them. Sure I enjoy music, movies, and books, but I feel that "celebrities" are just people who's occupation is as an "entertainer" and the money they...
