Watermelon and Its Health Benefits

Watermelon and Its Health Benefits. Now we are talking, watermelon is a fruit I love to eat anytime of the day specially in summer when they are aplenty. I like the red watermelon (yellow watermelon is also available), as the color and the juicy look of it makes me want to eat more. It has good health benefits and mind you, according to some researches, (not been fully explored) it can cure reproductive dysfunction among men. This plant originated in Africa.

Watermelons are types of melon which are either classified as fruit or vegetables and are grown in a vine. It is considered an herb. According to wikipedia watermelons "has a smooth exterior rind (green, yellow and sometimes white) and a juicy, sweet interior flesh (usually pink, but sometimes orange, yellow, red and sometimes green if not ripe)".

Watermelon can boost food security and support sustainable landcare and can improve nutrition. Watermelons is good for overall health.
