   The one food that I will never give up is broccoli because although most people do not like broccoli, I love the broccoli florets flavored with butter.  I will never give broccoli up because that is the food that keeps me on track not  only in regards to good digestion but is one of the most healthiest foods with a minimum of calories.

   This is a tough one, since I love food more than almost anything... I would say seafood. I eat fish frequently, and I don't know how long I could go without shrimp or oysters or scallops or crab. I would be lost if I had a shellfish allergy.

   I'd give up any food any where anytime including chocolate and ice cream, but coffee--Never! Coffee should become part of the basic food groups along with fruits, veggies, and grains.
