My favorite is spaghetti.  I like to vary my recipe and make it with different fresh ingredients.  One of my favorites is to add cilantro, mushrooms, onions, artichokes, etc...

My favorite meal to cook is scrambled eggs on toast.

Take 2 slices of home made brown bread, pop under the grill ( better than a

    toaster ).

Crack three free range eggs into a mixing bowl, add a little milk, cream, black

    pepper.

Whisk and pour into a hot red spot frying pan no oil, keep turning the eggs until

they reach your required texture. Butter the toast while the eggs cool a little and

    serve.

This is so good because it is a light snack containing the right amount of protein,

carbohydrates and fats of a balanced meal.

    Now I am hungry.

This is a hard question. I love cooking!

One of my favorites in chicken filled with mozzarella and pepperoni and wrapped in bacon. But I also like making rissotto with chicken or shrimp, coconut shrimp or ceviche.

This is a tough one to answer because I really like to cook.
If I had to pick one off the top of my head, it would have to be chili. I say with all humility and modesty that I make the best chili around. I start with EVOO, then sweat green peppers, onions, and chili peppers. Once they have cooked down, I add fresh minced garlic. I let that cook for a short time (so it doesn't burn and get bitter). Then I add crushed tomatoes. I season it with herbs and spices, and simmer for HOURS. At the end, I brown some ground beef and drain it before adding to the chili. Serve with tortilla chips or fritos, sour cream, and shredded cheese. Sometimes I add beans, it depends on my mood. And not just the old red kidney beans. I like to use black beans, too. Sometimes I use one or the other, and sometimes I use both kinds of beans.
    Is your mouth watering yet?

My favorite "meal" is Thanksgiving dinner.

No presents, no pretense, no costumes.........just good food and company.

My favorite dishes are the traditional ones:  ham, turkey, cornbread dressing, mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls, sweet potatoes..........etc..........

Experienced cooks, do not rely upon " recipes", we judge our food on taste.
