What is your favorite sweetener?
Natural or artificial, and have you seen a difference in your weight if you have switched?
I prefer Sweet'N Low over the other artificial sweeteners or sugar.
None, I never use any form of sweetener, natural or artificial, prefer to taste the actual food, also, I never use salt.
My favorite natural sweetener is whole cane sugar called jaggery in India. We use it as a healthy alternative to regular granulated sugar. When used in moderation, this sweetener did not add much calories and hence is nutritious and tasty.
Brown Sugar or honey, depending on what I'm sweetening.
We prefer raw sugar, honey, molasses and stevia. Which one I use depends on whether I'm sweetening my tea, baking a cake or making a batch BBQ sauce. : )
raw cane sugar. I fell in love with it when I visited the west indies and have used it ever since. I actually found a seashell there that is shaped like a scoop with a handle on it, so I use that as my sugar spoon
