    What do U Crave???...

I work out 4 to 5 times a week, and I go hard in the gym. I probably eat healthier than 90% of my friends, but I know that if I could just discipline myself to say 'No' to my cravings for Oreo's and cold 1% milk, or pepperoni pizza with double cheese... my body would look exactly the way I want it to...  Those Damned Craving! Gotta Love'm. I know I'm not the only one who has these cravings, I'm curious to know what some of your edible weaknesses are. What do U crave???...

Chips have been my big thing for a long time... but I suppose I'll have to be honest with myself and know it's just salt in general.  Salt and soda pop(diet or pepsi max).

I can totally relate to the salt craving. I fluctuate between craving salt and sugar, lol

That pancake photo looks pretty good! I know what you mean about the cravings. I usually crave chocolate. Sometimes it's cake or cookies, but lately it's been dark chocolate bark with carmelized nuts and sea salt. It's quick and easy to make so I find it hard to resist.

I totally get what you are saying. I am exactly like you are describing yourself, very active sport-wise and generally healthy. I am quite lean and have a nice body but I can't get rid of that extra 2-3 pounds that would make me look like a top model because I am in love, completely addicted to chocolate. I eat it in every single form: ice-cream, cookies, chocolate coated nuts (yummy!), cakes, snicker bars, ferrero rocher, lyndtt, etc, etc, you name it I LOVE CHOCOLATE!!! And since it really makes me very happy I do not think I'll be ever capable of quitting....and I don't want to.

One of the trainers from the Biggest Loser stated that it is perfectly okay to treat yourself to your cravings on occasion.  The key is not to bring quantities into the house. Maybe I shall try it.
