We did Brats and hot dogs last week when the temperature finally hit 50 - then it snowed this week.

      kthix10,
I live in Michigan so I know  I have to go out and BBQ when it's 50. This spring we haven't had more than a couple of days worth talking about. It's going up to 66 today though, so I think a BBQ is in order.
      Happy grilling,
      Lisa

      Melonie,
I like to slice potatoes, peppers, and onions into strips and place them in foil with butter and spices. I just cook them on the grill with the ribs and wings:-)

Sounds like quite the BBQ. Are you inviting friends over?

We've already started. Shrimp skampi, steak, potatoes, buttered asparagus and mushrooms, butterfly shrimp, etc.

Tomorrow we will be having homemade burgers and ribs. I live in Northern Brazil and we BBQ at least once a week, year-round.

I have yet to start up the grill this year. I'm thinking salmon and veggies or steak and veggies will be a good start.
