What is usually your biggest meal of the day?

Do you generally eat more at breakfast, at lunch, or at dinner?

I think this depends on the place one is born and its corresponding culture. My mom is Dutch and they always eat their biggest meal at dinner. Luckily, we live in Mexico now and here the biggest meal of the day is lunch. I say luckily because we all know now that it is much better to eat big at breakfast and lunch, when we still need energy for our daily activities, rather than at the end of the day when we are hardly going to need all that energy. On the other hand, having big dinners makes people wake up without hunger and skip breakfast, a very big metabolic mistake! So yes, usually I have a good breakfast and a good lunch and at dinner I am not so hungry anymore, which means I eat a light meal then.

My biggest meal of the day would be dinner. I won't skip breakfast because it starts me off for the day. I have snacks of fruit during the day.

My biggest meal is normally breakfast or lunch. I don't like to eat a lot at night. I can see a great difference in my digestion, for the better, when I do not eat at night. Hope you have a wonderful day~

The biggest meal of your day should be breakfast.  If you go on a long car trip, it's good to fill the tank with gas.

Definitely breakfast, got to stock up on energy early in the day, also I am often busy during the day and tend to forget lunch.
