    Baked or stir fry potatoes

I am planning to write a recipe hub on potatoes, only one. Which would you prefer, baked potatoes or stir fry curry potatoes?

I am a stir fry potato myself. My wife has a Spanish recipe for them that is loosely translated as "poor people potatoes"

I'd love the curry potatoes recipe and it would have less competition. Why not do both? You have to eat every day so you can make one type one day to get photos and the other type another day to get photos.

Stir fry curry potatoes for me. I find baked potatoes rather boring and am always looking for new curry recipes to try.

I would love a baked potato recipe.  On the other hand, a stir fry curry potato recipe would be interesting.  Are you sure you don't want to write two potato hubs?

Thanks, i will do the stir fry, then bake, not two at once, i am not good at two recipes in a hub

I think that's an excellent plan, Peachy. Search engines will have an easier time figuring out what your page is about if it's about just one type of recipe.

I would go with the two also; hard to get enough words in a recipe anyway so why not. Something I have done twice now in a few days is do a quick fry on sliced baked potatoes and they are so good and not near the fat as regular fried potatoes.
Curry stir fry sure sounds interesting, too!

Hey peachy upload both as variety is always great. Some people will like baked, some stir fry and some people like me will like both. So why not both. you may also write it in one Hub like after preparation you can give instructions on both baking and frying. Just a suggestion.

Thanks but both preparation are different, one needs boiling, the other needs deep frying. Anyway, i will do stir fry first
