1. Chop onions and slice mushroom (or halve if preferred) 2. Put on pan (low-ish heat) and throw in either a dab of butter or some oilve oil. Heat up t(but don't let it get too hot) 2. Put onions in pan and sir gently 3. Put mushrooms in with onions
Eat when cooked. I also add pepper and salt, but that's just me.
Spinach is something else you can throw in.
Mushrooms should be juicy and onions just translucent (not burned or fried looking).
