How You Can Make Your Own Delicious Lego Birthday Cakes and Cupcakes

Simple Recipe To Bake Your Own Lego Cupcakes

Oven Temp: 350 degrees F

Baking Time: 19 - 21 Min.

Pan Type: 12 tin muffin pan

INGREDIENTS

4 squares baking chocolate (semi sweet or your choice)

6 Tbsp butter or margarine

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

2 eggs

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided

1/2 tsp baking soda

3/4 cup water

1 1/2 cups Cool-Whip, thawed

METHOD

Preheat your oven. Microwave the chocolate and butter or margarine in a large microwaveable bowl on high for 2 min. or until the butter melts. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted. Stir in the sugar and vanilla. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating with an electric mixer on low speed after each addition until everything is well blended.

Add 1/4 cup of the flour and the baking soda; mix well. Add the remaining 1 cup flour alternating with the water, beating until well blended each time. Spoon into 12 paper-lined medium muffin cups.

Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Cool in the pan for 10 min, then remove to a wire rack to cool. Cool completely, then spread the tops of the cupcakes with whipped topping. Add a LEGO-shaped candy or molded brick shape on the top for the final touch.
