   Srilankans have declared that LTTE has been wiped out and the whole ruling class of the LTTE has been killed. Let them clarify the following before taking credit for killing Velupillai Prabakaran.
   1. Prabakaran was said to have been killed while fleeing. Will a head of a govt. (of Ealam) flee from a battle field? Especially not in Tamil history.
   2. Will anyone wear uniform while fleeing and have a clean-shaven face?
   3. Will anyone carry id card while fleeing for life? for what purpose? that too a false-card. His name is said to have been written as "Tiruvengadam Prabakaran" instead of "Velupillai Prabakaran"?

         A Srilankan MP now in India says he can be treated as "dead" only if he fails to come out before 6 months. He is sure the struggle will continue.
         A Srilankan woman, affected by the army shouts while crying: "we will regain our glory; we will become a super power...."  Even if Prabakaran dies, his legacy will remain.. and his ghost will rejuvenate the Yeelam fighters.
         
         One short story: One American, one Russian and one Indian went inside a forest to catch their national animals. American and Russian came out successfully. But the Indian did not return. When a search team went to track him, he was seen canning a bear, tied to a tree, asking it to accept itself as a tiger and not a bear. 
         This same thing would have happened in Prabakaran's case, with India's ideas.

            Why would you think so? You are taking a story's help to degrade Indians(or India), then tamils are not Indians?

               Tamils are Indians, Tamilnadu is a part of India and myself a committed Indian. But other people of the same India do not care for the Tamilians' sentiments. They feel happy if Tamils and Tamilnadu are hurt. When a Bihari was beaten in Mumbai, the whole Bihar protested. But when the Tamils are attacked in Mumbai, Bangalore or any other place, others (including those living in Tamilnadu) justify the attacks.
               Sometimes, this anti-Tamil activities of other Indians make Tamils to think whether we are Indians. On the day of election results, the Srilankans dropped phosporus bombs on dead and wounded Tamils, scattered in battle area and killed 4000 in just minutes.. They continued such bombings that whole day. What was India's reaction to this? Are we really Indians? No. No other country would have allowed this kind of holocaust of our brothers and sisters in Srilanka. We, Tamils could do nothing because we are Indians. Should we not think otherwise?

               Ms.dingdong, we are all Indians, when other Indians think that Tamils are Indians. When all other people are ignorant of Tamils' aspirations and feel happy when we are in difficulty, how can we boast of being Indian?  When India neglects, ignores, and acts against Tamil interests, we cannot be Indians, till they include us in their circle and be responsive to our sentiments.

   On the day of election results, (16-5-2009), all the north Indian TV channels telecast debates about Tamilnadu in a different way... "The DMK will be wiped out. Congress will ditch the DMK. Both Congress and BJP are taming AIADMK. Its leader will be the kingmaker in Delhi.. or even become the PM"
   On what grounds they said these are open only to God! Brahma would have told them to do so! Moreover,  in their debates, they invited some people who are notorious with Tamilians.. Cho, Subsamy, HinduRam, Manisankariyar and others. They describe the situation in TN according to their whims.
   It is said that when Mani went for electioneering, everyone turned their face back and never gave ears to him. (He invited Srilankan President to his daughter's marriage... it is said)
   
   With these people around, how can we boast of being Indian?
