   I use folkd. I'm not sure of the quality of the backlink. but it has a pretty easy submission process.

      Folkd.com is a good bookmarking  site and currently it has a PR of 7.  By every means go for it.

            It is a PR8, dofollow site.  I havn't used it yet, but looks pretty easy.  I am planning a hub listing all dofollow links and blogs.

   I signed up and checked out other people's links, just to see how the whole thing went. Most of the links did not come up. "Error" or it said that the site was gone. I was feeling like I was wasting my time and wanted to see if other people liked it or not.

   I use a site called socialmarker.com
   It basically helps you organize your submission efforts. It's got mister-wong and a whole host of other bookmarking sites. I can't say that all of them are dofollow, but it's worth checking out socialmaker to at least get a few more submission ideas.

       Like Rec Wizard said, It's not perfect, but it will help submit a bunch of backlinks fairly easily and quickly.
