Just a scream smile Actually I am enjoying the torment. I must admit it is superb marketing technique. My hat off and a bow to the creator of this formula. It is a perfect incentive for writers, a motivating and inspiration tool. But (sigh) it is going to drive me crazy! What does it do to you?

A watched kettle will never boil and fretting about your hubberscore will not make it go up.  Relax and forget about it for a couple of weeks and you'll be surprised at how much it has improved.

LOL! I did not worry about it, but now it keeps on dropping and I'm LMAO for myself because I'm freaking out about this.

    It got me!

    Help!

Martie, I've learned that I just can't pay any attention to it - at all.  I think all anyone can do is try write decent Hubs, do their thing, and participate on things like reading other people's Hubs, voting, etc.  Most people who do that end up with a decent enough score range (and you have to OK with "decent enough range").  I don't pretend to be so immune to scores that I'm thrilled to see my drop, but that's how they work; so after awhile you just ignore it all.  I pretty much ignore my best score too.   smile

Thanks for the advice, Liza. I am actually doing all of it. Really, I am laughing all the way. I cannot believe that this gadget called hubberscore affects me all off a sudden like this. I was so amazed when I saw I’ve got 95, but when I look again, 94... 93... 92... and now I’m freaking out. Like a little girl in an amusement park! smile

earnesthub, analyzing my silly reaction on my score, I better not concentrate on Google. That one, I am sure, will through me for a six!

    smile smile

Martie, I think primary/elementary school has us all conditioned when it comes to scores, grades, etc.   lol   It can take decades for us to get past all that "damage".   smile

I agree with you, Liza! Another prove of the fact that the only thing that goes up and never comes down is AGE.
