All of us worry about something or the other. As I was thinking about this I discovered that I worry way too much about my little ones health, now that I am aware I am working on this. Would you like to share yours?

I don't let myself worry, I pratice imagining what I DO want and think about what I want to happen, never what I don't want to happen.

I imagine my kids healthy happy and enjoying life and oh I imagine that everywhere they go people love and adore them treating them just as I would.

Peace and Happy Pleasant thoughts, REALLY it works.

I am concerned about the importance we are giving to the money for which some people do really everything. I am concerned that even those we should help us, often thinks only to their earning and not to our health and to our environment. I am worried:  I do not know where this will lead us

@ sekharg  the question was asked not to get people worrying, but some  people have a fleeting nagging thoughts at the back of  their minds, which is doing more damage than they imagine  and yet they may not even be aware of it.

It is better to understand and evaluate the worry itself , is it  worth it?
can you do something  positive about it and instead of just  worrying?
Coping methods and  how to handle worry?

MOW and Fucsia worry about larger issues , creating awareness and garnering support for your valid concerns may help. Also joining forums that work against such issues will help you direct your energy positively.
