    Had to scroll through a lot of losers to find ones for my list:
    1. Stand By Me
    2. Revenge of the Nerds
    3. This Is Spinaltap
    4. Manhunter
    5. Do The Right Thing (I think this was Spike Lee's first)
    6. Say Anything (Still in love with John Cusack!)
    7. Fast Times at Ridgemont High (So, so, so classic!)
    (also Ferris Bueller, of course, but that's already been noted so I will save that spot for something else).
    8. Black Widow (LOVE Theresa Russell!)
    9.Crimes of Passion (a bit obscure but worth seeing)

    Is it just me, or did the '80s have way more than its share of imaginary, colored creatures starring in movies? Smurfs,
    Care Bears, My Little Pony, Unicorns, Mouse Detectives, etc, etc, etc.

    Eyeopener is the perfect word, FK. Porky's.

    So, while we are in confession mode, I came *this* close to putting 9 1/2 Weeks on my list.
    C'mon. You KNOW you thought that movie was *hawt* (Thanks to Shadesbreath for the term) at the time.
    Hard to look at Micky Rourke now and ever, ever think of him in a sexual way, tho!
