Hello HP and my dear friends,

Today, I have a new idea to improve the overall traffic and earnings at hubpages. This idea will be profitable for all, HP, hubbers, and also for people who are searching for adding constantly updated RSS feeds with useful content provided via Hubpages.

I think adding personalized RSS feeds with and without url trackers will be a nice idea. For example when we visit ezine articles and other popular content rich sites just like HP, we find that they provide users with RSS FEEDS which I am unable to see at HP.

If Hubpages adds personalized RSS feeds in different topics sections and in our profile pages, it would be really great.

    How? Read this:

For example, hubber prettydarkhorse loves to write on pregnancy, parenting, health, sports, travel, culture, and celebrities and I find her hubs very useful and want to list her personalized RSS feed in my blogs on the above mentioned topics and if I have a simple RSS feed for prettydarkhorse's topics that would the best thing. Additionally, if that RSS feed could be optimized with my personal url tracker, then that's double profit for me and for Pretty and for hubpages.

Like my blog is parenting.blogspot.com and I have written many blogs on parenting and would like to add pretty's RSS feed in my blogs. I am quite sure that pretty will write more hubs in this category so my blogs will be constantly updating whenever Pretty writes a new hub.

This will bring more traffic to my blog and also to Pretty's hubs and improve her overall hubscore. If I am a hubber, then I will add a url tracker naming it "pretty parenting hubs" and will be able earn some revenue from her hubs also and also get to know that which hub category is bringing in more traffic.

This post is lengthy but I hope I am clear here. If you have any questions, please post your replies. Also let me know what you think about this idea - "addition of personalized RSS feeds with url trackers in hubber profiles and HP topics pages".

You can create your own rss feeds.  I am not sure that there is too much value in feeds anymore - automation through feed ag sites may be deemed as a negative value with Google.  I havent seen any real benefit in them, since using them.  SEO in a traditional sense has finished.

I think this can be done even now.

If you need feed on a particular topic, select one by browsing through the TOPICS link on the menu bar (top left on this page).

For example, lets say you want a feed on topic "drawing". Click on that tag - and copy the page URL. Then add ?rss at the end of the URL. That will give the RSS feed URL for that particular topic.

For specific hubbers, you can use this

    ht tp://hubpages.com/author/prettydarkhorse/pregnancy/best?rss

Just make the necessary substitutions for other authors/topics.

Thank you so much SiddSingh for this. I have checked it out and it's working perfectly but what about non HP users who want to use HP RSS feeds, I doubt that they know about this.
