China girl drinks about half pint of warm water with a dash of honey straight down no stop - she claims it cleans her through. The fact that she is healthy, regular with never any health issues may not be the direct result of that but the whole eating healthy meals of mostly veg and rice with a little meat, and eating 'for the weather' etc may do, along with the honey and water

Pepsi. But I really do love the smell of coffee brewing. I hate when my wife decides to hit Starbucks or the McDonalds drive through instead of making her own. I always try to buy her really awesome blends to try to get her to make it in the mornings, but convenience too frequently outstrips my olfactory desires. (sigh)
