Do you have a list of hubs waiting to be written?

Do you write to posted requests? Write to Hubmob subjects? Or do you just write a hub when the idea occurs to you?
I have about a dozen different titles-- some partially thought out or researched-- waiting for their hub to materialize.

I have a list of a lot of topics, but it has been sitting on the paper for a long time. When I write a hub, it is mostly something that caught my fancy, rather than in a planned way.

Same for me Rochelle, I have 9 hubs started and in semi stages of finishedness (thats not a word but...) then I have a 'department' in my day planner where I list ideas as they come along. I just checked and there at the moment the list is 153 long. Looking at it I probably will cull that list down to about a hundred.
Time time oh where-fore are-st thou????

I do a little bit of everything depending on the subjects and my time issues.  I periodically go through the list of requests to see any that grab my interest.  When I can get the think juices going for the Hubmob I do that.  Otherwise it comes from my own list of things I want to write on or a subject that rears its head.

I too have a small list as of now(although I have written only 7) about what I want to write. The requests or hubmobs have to be about something you want to write or can really contribute.. instead of just posting things aggregated from the net....

I am usually much like SiddSingh in this regard - I like to respond to requests that catch my fancy or write my own ideas.  Now, however, a couple of fellow hubbers have requested specific hubs in comments, so I am complying.  :0)

I have a very long list of future subjects for hubs that I want to do and I keep the list in my mind, which is perhaps not the best way but how I do a lot of things! lol

Some I want to spend a lot of time on and others are a lot quicker ones. Basically I am hoping to create a very varied selection of hubs.

I have a list started up on one note on my computer which consists of requests that interest me but from time to time, I create my own articles that I have managed to come up with.  Most of what I have written happen to be requests though.  Right now the list has about 23 requests.   Its just a matter of sitting down and writing them.

I sometimes write down a list of things I could write about or be interested in writing about and look back to them when I'm brain dead.

I still have a lot of old articles from when I was an editor for a horse website that I pull out to re-write. The site long ago closed down. I also have a list, but sometimes I just wake up in the morning with an idea and write - sometimes.

I don't do many requests - then it feels like work.

I am not usually a very creative person, and my personal interests tend to be a bit left of center, so I rely solely on requests and hubmobs to fuel my hub-writing career.  I keep a list in Word of requests that interested me.  Currently, I have one hub started (mentally only) and another (rather detailed) hub about half-way done (it's in the research stages), and both of these were requests.  I also have my next hub-topic waiting in the wings, and this is simply because of a customer I spoke to at my store (she says if I write about her pens, I can have one for free and I have always wanted one - they're the anti-gravity pens that NASA uses).  I have noticed a severe shortage of hubs on music and musicians, so I think that I will have to start hubbing about that.  My problem appears to be time.  I want to have all the correct details in my hubs (lest I look like just another star-struck fan that wants to write about some celeb crush) so it requires research, which is hard to do with two jobs, so it is slow going but it goes.  So, long story short, I guess my answer would be a mixture...50% requests, 40% hubmobs 10% when the idea occurs to me....and 100% concentrated power of will!!!  (anybody that gets the song reference in that is amazing and I will instantly fan you - double if you can remember the exact lyric, as it escapes me at the moment!!!)
