If you have a problem with someone whether its a boss, co worker, neighbor, or a family member how do you take your anger out? Are you calm and collected or do you flip sometimes under impulse?

I try to be calm and reasonable, but sometimes I lose my patience and flip. Usually end up regretting though.

I say, like, "you beeyotcha!" and get on with my day - sometimes running as fast as I can. (same thing I always say)!

I am perfectly calm, as I am slipping the cyanide into their tea.

The someone either pushes your emotional buttons (in which case it's your responsibility to know that and act accordingly, to earnestshub's point) or poses an immediate threat to you and the ones you love.

In the first scenario, well screw them. Get your buttons under control and go forward. But in the second, I'm all for slipping the cyanide into the tea or worse.

Exactly, if all else fails, there's always cyanide.

I'm most generally calm and collected and later put on the headphones and listen to my Radiohead playlist.

Life is too short for anger.
