I just discovered my Google adsense account has somehow been stolen and re-directed. Since I was hacked Sat I have seen 0 activty on my google acount,no clicks and no revenue. Where in Adsense fraud can I report this? I am finding contacts for everything else but this particular situation.
What a gosh dang mess this is.

Maybe it isn't re-directed but simply disassociated from the sites that carry your adsense ID? Have you checked that your Hubpages adsense account is active (or set, or whatever words they use)?

From what I can see so far someone elses adsense was plugged into my account. Still working on it. Is this is so I should be able to catch this person.

I just looked around the forums and saw this thread:

    http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/A … &hl=en

This form seems particularly relevant:  https://www.google.com/adsense/support/ … y&rd=2

It looks like this form could be your answer...  I've never been through anything like this, so I can't give your tips from personal experience. But, it seems this form is a good place to start.

I'm so sorry you're having to deal with this.  I Googled the thief's name and she (I think) has a Facebook profile in case you're interested.

    adsense-support@google.com

That is an e-mail address I once saw on written correspondence from Google and kept a note of it just in case. Have never actually used it.

Hope you get it sorted. Sounds like you've had a really bad weekend sad

Hubpages should stop posting what hubbers make on the successful writers page...

It's the writers' choices to disclose info to HubPages or not.  Any of those people could have not answered the questions when asked, or could choose to have their info taken down at any time.  HubPages doesn't do any of that without explicit permission of the people involved, and they don't have a clue what anyone is earning until the writers tell them.

You probably know this, but if you look at the source for one of your hubs in your browser, you can find the Adsense ID in it. Just search for "ca-pub"

What, other than a loss of traffic, have you seen?  Because account hijacking is much rarer than breakdown of code. Have you tried regenerating and reinstalling the code?

OK so far this is what I've got. My publisher ID # was changed to someone elses. My adsense earnings from what I see were going to that persons account on Fri/Sat and part of Monday. I'm almost back together and I have all the hackers info.

Thank you HubPages and hubbers. I'm prosecuting.

+1.  Heck, +50!  If more people stood up and DID something, we wouldn't have near the problem we do.  Kudos to you, Dorsi!

Hopefully they'll get jailed!! Also hope both adsense and paypal kick them off their own accounts, and that HP has banned their IP address to disallow them from having an account here.
Hey...did you check your Amazon account?

You need to get on the Google Adsense help forum and report this. Hopefully, a google employee will see your post and help you straighten it out. This is what I did when my accounts were tampered with. Unfortunately, it's highly doubtful that they will prosecute. However, they will help you straighten your problems with Adsense out.

Thanks but I'm gonna put up a fight on this one. From what I understand this is a federal offense - hacking into someones money and accounts. I have all the info to proceed with a complaint.

I understand you're angry. I was too when it happened to me. However, from my experiences with them, it seems like they're way to overloaded to do anything more than get your account straightened out. If you want to proceed legally, you will probably have to call your local authorities.

If your PayPal account was tampered with, PayPal does investigations with the FBI.  That's what they did with my case, anyway.  They told me they work with the FBI 24/7.

I realize this is separate from what you're talking about, but if money was stolen from PP, they will investigate.

Thanks Earnest for asking. I have got all my accounts back in order.I am filing a complaint with the FBI on cyber crime with all the evidence I've collected so hopefully they bust this person. It was alot of work to undo and very frightening to have my identity and accounts stolen like that.
