    I'm no marketing expert (shh -- don't tell my clients ) but I think you need to be a little more direct in your approach, para.
    
    Appeal to your reader's emotions. Play on their fears. Play on their vanity. Humor. Cajole. Threaten if you don't get your way.
    Engage! Ask for the sale!!
    Put yourself in their position.
    What's in this for ME??
    (Obviously nothing. I'm already one of your HP sheep and have been for a long time, so don't waste your breath with the likes of moi).
    
    But seriously, you're too cool a hubber not to command more followers!
