How far back is Canada? Heyyyyyyyyyyyy, THEY have oil. I wonder if those Canucks have any WMDs hidden up there. Canada is part of the dodecahedron of evil...
India won't be next because it never displayed any extremism or economical superiority or independence yet. Meaning WE don't need the U.S.A attitude did Iraq, Libya and Iran. Another and not the least, it has no oil.
Who said you need Oil for domination ? There are supermarket chains, weapons and other stuff to offer. They're pushing the buttons with "take it from us to protect yourself from pak" or else .... East india company ruled india by first offering products then weapons and finally dominating entire country with whatever means possible..
You're assuming a lot of things here that it has to be for Oil or there's not going to be any use. US don't need oil to dominate directly. It is all about corporate dominance. It was always that way rather than dominance from any particular country with motives. 1% vs 99%
So you're telling me that Koweit, Iraq, Libya, next Iran was/is not motivated by oil? How will the military travel to its numerous worldwide bases without oil? How will the corporations ship their merchandise from China to the U.S.?
Dude, brits ruled india for more than 100 years, you think that was for oil ? get over your oil obsession and see that indians are way too easy target for American products (whatever they're). Dominance doesn't have to be from military, it's not hard to buy Indian politicians for corporate giants.
or perhaps being that its culture is dominant in which the biggest media outlets broadcast and print, Internet included is transferred globally - that is why US is spreading its dominance not only in economic terms but in what is called "dominance in culture"
We have all the food. People forget this. I suspect in twenty or thirty years America will use food to bend countries to there will politically. China and India already have problems with food. Iran imports ridiculous amounts.
a case in point is that there are different branches/version of McDees in different parts of the world, Singapore, Europe, HK. The food they serve is same as McDonalds but localized in taste.
It's not about "culture" and "country". This all comes down to brands( or banks or business) that want to rule the people. Replace "US" with "china" and you have same insecurity here. One brand from any single nation eliminating options (competitors) is the evil. It's not US or China. It's the people at higher hierarchy that want to control.
Yes its always the people, not the system I agree. That is what is called economic imperialism. It may affect also the culture because of the goods and services that proliferate the market.
the type of culture which are transferred from a dominant culture to other culture - like music, fastfoods, products will have effect on the choices and how the culture from different places absorb those new music, technologies etc. it will intermingle with their native culture thus forming a new set of culture.
If we conquer India, we could put all the Indians on a tiny reservation and pillage their resources. Then we could build a fence along the border with Pakistan to keep out all of the illegal aliens who want to swim accross and work at our fast food hamburger joints.
I have just received an email from Hubpages, which states that only 6% of those who join his site, actually go on to publish 10 or more hubs. I for one have apparently joined that club. My next target is 20! Gotta keep myself going somehow as I know that I am not going to see any money for a good...
It is all falling neatly into place for the US to attack Iran on behalf of Saudi Arabia. The US views the plot as state-sponsored terrorism. Secretary of state Hillary Clinton described it as a "violation of international norms" and said she would discuss with allies in Europe and...
It's obvious gas prices are soaring, and we are about to see taxes go up, which has an excellent chance of increasing just about everything we purchase. And the border crisis is making history in regard to numbers. 20 thousand children thus far in US custody, children continue to pour in...
