   Darn, they left out my suggestion that all hubbers receive an e-mail detailing the exact reason for every tiny fluctuation in their traffic.

         They should do it annually in all twelve districts, with hubbers getting their name put in more times depending on how many years they've been on the site.     They should have included one 'improvement' that rather than getting money, we get revenue deductions if we refer writers who can't meet these new guidelines.
