It looks like HP may have found a way of "Blocking the Bot" during pending. For my latest hub that has been in the sin bin for 20 hours (pending) the bot tracker message says "Not recently crawled". This means the bot has no seen the "noindex" tag and gone on vacation for days or weeks. Anyone else seeing this? PS I noticed some extra pets have been added to the mysterious 'by-pass pending list"

Loverly art work; just will someone answer my question- is there a list? I keep searching- never to find- just me on my lonely road to find information.

Yes I saw the new additions to those bypassing pending. Only a couple of folk, mind you.

On your main point, I usually see the 'not recently crawled message' until the minute the hub goes featured. Then I see a "last crawled 4 hours ago" message sad

hello janderson99, This is not a direct response to your query as I have not published anything lately.

I just thought you might be able to explain something, but I do know it will sound like an odd question, but here goes anyway. -

How come when I look on an unpublished hub in the search stats. on the hub it shows it was crawled by Google recently ?  It says - Last crawl Google 2 days ago.

BTW It was not recently unpublished (as in it was not online 2 days ago)  it is a hub that is waiting for me to decide about what to do with it.

Sorry no idea - I don't have unpublished hubs to check!
      Anyone else seeing this?

I just checked about half a dozen of my unpublished hubs and they all say "not recently crawled".

However, I do notice unpublished hubs showing up as a hit on Google Analytics Real Time each time I edit them.

I just noticed that upon tweaking some of my hubs (basically changing the Amazon capsule's position)
the Google adds have disappeared. I wonder if this has any relation?................hmm

And we can see how well the 24 hour pending actually works here - http://piscesgamer.hubpages.com/hub/How … -frienship

    This hub PASSED!

Someone's on the ball then! Well done staff!

Pity it got through pending, all the same. Isn't that the time those hubs are supposed to be weeded out?

The Hub I published yesterday was crawled 27 hours ago, according to HP.  That must have been right after it was published.  The Hub I published today was crawled 3 hours ago, again immediately after it was published. This would be nice, if it was actually able to be indexed that quickly.  But obviously neither of them are indexed yet.  So, I see no change, and maybe it's even worse.

To be fair, I've had to add a couple of Hubs using Webmaster Tools, but usually G does find them relatively quickly on its own.  I'm going to watch these two closely and see what happens to them.
