I've noticed that my favorite time to work on my hubs and participate in the community begins around midnight. Sometimes I stay on HubPages until the sun comes up! The unfortunate aspect of this time period is that many hubbers are asleep!
I suppose you could consider this an open request to meet other people who sign into HubPages around this time of day. Even if you live on the other side of the world and it is currently your daytime, I would really like to connect with you and other hubbers who are active at this time of day!
Hi!
I like your screen name.
Sadly, it's a bit past my bedtime, so I'm gonna be of no use to ya now. ha.
But good luck with others around here who will be, I'm sure.
I am awake, dressing up and revitalizing my hubs as we speak...
How's it going? I'm usually up this late when I don't have to work my early morning shifts at the kitchen. I do a handful of fiction writing (fantasy, romance, etc.). I'm an anime freak. Currently working on a Mythology story. See ya around!
Over here in the UK it is breakfast time and I often take a look at the forums as I drink my early morning cup of tea. There are probably people a lot of people online at this time, who are in different time zones.
I had got into the habit of updating my blogs at this time of day; then I read that it did not make sense and publishing later might get me more readers. The time difference might be significant for things like that.
Aloha! Here in Hawaii, we are writing while most mainlanders are sleeping. I try to go to sleep before midnight, but I also enjoy writing when it is dark and quiet.
Indeed. Writing when it's dark and quiet is better than with full house during the daylight - almost 8 p.m. here.
I tend to do my writing at night, too. Not necessarily because it's quieter or anything like that, but because that's when I've run out of other things to do. :V

There's a significant percentage of Hubbers for whom HubPages is a writers' community first and foremost, and the loss of comments has shattered that community. While Samantha has said comments are "on the list" to be reinstated, realistically it's likely to be months (due to the upcoming...

I'm very timid when it comes to change if the change is not one of my own choosing, even if it is good change. Moving to HubPages was an upsetting experience for me, mainly because I felt the place we moved from would find a way to mess it up or that HP would treat us like illegal aliens.Only...

I'm sort of an editor by instinct, and while I never catch everything, and I certainly don't catch everything in my own writing, I often noticed the overlooked typo or common grammar error when reading other people's work. How do most of you feel about receiving corrections? Obviously I wouldn't...

Okay this is great! I downloaded it this morning, and it's really working wonderfully. We all know Edweirdo, a very clever and useful hubber who created the HubDefender tool for us all which detects hub-theft and assists in dealing with it. Edweirdo has also written many helpful tutorial hubs on...

I just read a Hub that said that the author was going to go to the freelance website and pay people to write articles for him that he would put on HubPages to make himself money from. That can't be okay with the HubPages site, is it? A couple of people commented, including an author that I have...

Is Hubpages losing popularity?I know that back in September Hubpages views and therefore, peoples profiles took a major dive. I read that writers were leaving Hubpages in droves. Are there significantly less writers here? Is it regaining popularity?
