How is there fornication between females? I'm heterosexual but just curious because of all the publicity about same sex relationships. It seems like males definitely fornicate and commit sin.

I don't think two females can mate, technically.

But yes, they can fornicate. It's quite fun actually.

If you believe in the concept of "sin", then yes it is. Fornication has to do with any sexual contact between two people who are't married; it also includes cheating and infidelity, along with all gay couples who aren't married. (As well as two women who aren't married to each other.)

However, if two gay people ARE married (even two men) and they have sexual contact, then technically it's not fornication any longer. Therefore, not a sin!

(I personally don't believe in the concept of sin. There's right and wrong [meaning: do unto others] but "sin" is such a vague term that it almost makes you feel ignorant to even believe in it anymore.)

I'd have to agree with you on that. The concept of sin is rather embarrassing. Little black marks on our souls which are real to begin with. The only reason why we all don't think the concept is ridiculous is because we grew up with it. I didn't grow up understanding Mormonism or Scientology and immediately upon hearing their practices thought they most all be crazy. Secret handshakes to get into heaven and such.

"Fornication is generally consensual sexual intercourse between two people not married to each other.[1][2] For many people, the term carries an overtone of moral or religious disapproval, but the significance of sexual acts to which the term is applied varies between religions, societies and cultures. The definition is often disputed. In modern usage, the term is often replaced with a more judgment-neutral term like extramarital sex."

The bible states that even looking can be sin. What is the mind thinking as it looks? That's important.  Because even if I look at Matthew Mc with lust and burning in my areas,  I sin. (Sorry Lord for all those times)
He's married so I covet; he is not mine so I fornicate mindfully.
Two women are not equipped for Godly sex.
That's not to say that loving women are outside of the love of God. He deals with us individually.  His grace is sufficient.  He does not change.  Remember this: a woman caught in the very act was protected from a harsh stoning because of grace.  God himself protected her smile
    Disclaimer:
God and Jesus are two who agree as one. Get it??? Two entities;  one mind.

I think the first thing we must do is define fornication:

“The Greek word for ‘fornication’ (porneia) could include any sexual sin committed after the betrothal contract. …In Biblical usage, ‘fornication’ can mean any sexual congress outside monogamous marriage. It thus includes not only premarital sex, but also adultery, homosexual acts, incest, remarriage after un-Biblical divorce, and sexual acts with animals, all of which are explicitly forbidden in the law as given through Moses (Leviticus 20:10-21). Christ expanded the prohibition against adultery to include even sexual lusting (Matthew 5:28).” (Dr. Henry M. Morris)

Women are never mentioned specifically in the Leviticus verses re: sexual practices. For various reasons (some still evident in these modern times) such as the lower status of women in Biblical times etc.

However, this lack of mention could mean two things: One, it's not a sin for women to have sexual relations with one another, or Two: Ignorance of sexual practices outside those of straight people ("I hath not done it, therefore it does not exist" mentality).

To me - it isn't even these verses - Lev is overwritten by the NT anyway, but  there are SIX admonishments to homosexuals in the Bible...SIX! There are over 300 admonishments to heterosexuals! So mention or not - who cares??? What about what those dirty heteros are doing??? !!!!! smile Said with love of course!

Lack of mention: No sin. Yay for the ladies!. Or no sin if within marriage - yay for the married lesbians! (like me!)

Fornication is not the same as Mating, Women cannot Mate if they are like this, and it is a sin if woman to woman love or man to man love apparently occurs. Sin if man and woman do this before marriage too.

If the women are married to each other, no sin. If the guys are married to each other no sin.

This is brilliant. It was right in front of our face all the time! If you want gays to stop fornicating, open the doors of your church and marry them!

Christians really have been encouraging sin all this time by blocking attempts at gay marriage.

      Bad Christians! Bad!

The pocket near a labyrinth often gives a pink slip to the wobbly gypsy, or a clodhopper over a gonad bestows great honor upon the cup around a trombone. Indeed, the bride hosts a lunatic living with an onlooker. Sometimes an unruffled fetishist procrastinates, but the uxorious dissident always buys an expensive gift for an espadrille behind the boy! The definition of sin is ignorance. Is it ignorance for women to have sex with each other? Is it ignorance for males to have sex with females? Is it ignorance for males to have sex with males? Is it ignorance for humans to have sex with non-humans? Is sex itself, ignorance? Is the sex-urge the epitome of animal lust, lack of control, self orientation to the max? Is it so hard for men to step away from the eggs when they are not ready for offspring? Or when the microbes of Aides, Herpes, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, Herpes and Chlamydia could be present and transmitted? Is it so hard for women to wait for marriage to have sex? They are the ones who suffer the most. You would really think that wising-up would start with women.
