   My article on the stupidity of E.U rules and regulations which was written with great sarcasm has been flagged as being "over promotional" One can only assume because of the repetition of the wording which is needed for the article to work. Unfortunately your algorithms can not understand humour so I am asked to edit and re-submit. Thanks for nothing.
   I understand that moderators are supposed to read this perhaps you could do something about it other than keep referring it back to me....
   
   
   Better still how about the HUB readers have a go and see if this is "Overly promoted"
   
   TIME OFF TIME.
   
   The amount of time off time time within each workplace is to be governed by the time off time time directors who in association with the time on directors of each firm will govern the amount of time off time time allocated against time on time time.
   
   It should be noted that time off time time may not be swapped with time on time time without the permission at the time of the time off time time director and the time on time time director.
   
   This will allow proper time to the directors to ensure that the time off time time and the time on time time shall at all times be constant. So at no time will time off time time be allowed to be switched with time on time time.
   
   Some time off time time requests have been made out with the time stated in the time on/time off regulations because of mitigating circumstances.
   
   (The incumbent applicant holding the time off time time had died leaving spare time off time time available).
   
   It must be stated that the time off time time was not as some would have it "available" due to the time it took to allocate time off time time in accordance with legislation, the fact that the time off time time was not used by the recipient makes no difference to the amount of time off time time available due to the amount of time on time time needed to complete the work in time.
   
   I hope this clarifies at this time the firm's attitude to time off during time on time and that those who practice taking time off time time in time on time time will cease this now.
   
   Furthermore i hope that whilst taking the time to read this time off directive time off time time is used rather than time on time time which could result in dismissal.
   
   I thank you for your time and patience in helping us to fully use all of the time available to us to make this a happier more productive place to work during our time on time time.

      How about writing it in paint and then adding it as a picture/s?
      
      You will need to pad out the Hub with a bit of extra written/text content.

      You need a better understanding of what "overly promotional" means. It has nothing to do with said text. It means you included to many links or you put personal information in the hub.

         I understand what you say but this article had and indeed has no links whatsoever. the oddest thing was after I wrote on this forum the article was denied publication after edit due to it being unoriginal the only other place this article has been seen however was in this forum. Thankfully some kind human sorted things out and it is now available for public consumption to any who have the time to read it

   Well it is totally obvious that in making readers neurotic about time off time and time on time you are secretly inciting them to purchase expensive watches of the highest accuracy. It is clear therefore that this hub is blatant promotion for a certain well known brand of Swiss watches, the manufacturer of which has stashed a large sum of money into your secret Swiss bank account and will pay in further sums for each week the hub stays in view.

   ktarcus, as a professional editor, may I critique your hub? I believe that if you followed the rule for hyphenation (Please refer to any good style manual, i.e. Harbrace Handbook, the Chicago Manual of Style, etc.) and hyphenated your adjectives, perhaps the HP computers wouldn't flag your article as repetitious. Let me give you an example: " time-off-time time".
   However I believe even that is repetitious, and merely saying "time-off time" and "time-on time" is sufficient in most cases.
   
   Let me add that I think your hub is hilarious, and it seems to be the policy around our office. I would love to see you publish this hub and am respectfully suggesting these changes in order to aid you to get it published.

      I concur.  I would have used quotation marks for the "time off time" and "time on time" expressions to differentiate them from normal text.  Italicizing the expressions might also help.

      I wish to thank you for taking the time to critique I have taken the time myself to implement the points you highlighted (took me some time) and have submitted to the robotic gods. Should it be returned it shall no doubt be handed over in time to a more liberal site.

      Finally got the thing posted after query over promotion as they (computer) said it was a duplicate strange though that the only other place it was posted was here in this thread. Still at least things are sorted, i would ask you all to go read it but that would be over doing things once again thanks for your help.

   Obviously that's not overly promotional.  It's keyword stuffed, and since Google is a robot that doesn't understand humor, most likely admin here are going to act just like Google.

   I can't see how this could be overly promotional unless it was word for word from the article, and then it would be classed as "duplicate". I agree wit Old Roses, maybe quotation marks around "time on time" time...and "time off time" time.. may help.
