I'd move to an island by myself. Then I'd have peace and relief in my mind, heart and soul.

Once in a while, just spend some time alone to be quiet. No talking verbally and also no talking/worrying going on in your head.  Let your mind be still.

Peace comes when you don't hate someone and you don't have ill feelings towards your neighbor. And you don't worry about your tomorrow just like the birds on the air and lily on the water.

Die! (to yourself, I mean) As long as you focus on your problems etc, that's all you'll get in life. Seek a greater purpose than just yourself.

As an excellent researcher in Psychology i can say its very important to be your own friend to stay peaceful. You can write poems having your bad emotional moments locked in it in form of rhyme scheme.

Really write a poem and see the change.

Love yourself, love strangers, love your enemies and you are in a peaceful mindset. Meditate while picturing a person who you wish to love and speak to them. I am not crazy. =]
