What's the best way to overcome trust issues?
When you've been hurt in your prior relationships.
You've got to trust yourself first. That means you've got to know that the relationship you've picked for yourself is one that you've spent time working on before you made the big "commitment" move. The earlier in your dating career you learn this, the happier your dating life will be and the more solid your pick for a husband will be when you make it. Because, by then you have established a habit of picking the men you hng out with smartly. You will have developed a method that gives you the time to find out ALL you need to know about him BEFORE it gets serious. I've been hurt repeatedly, and the key reaon is that I move too fast. I don't take enough time to find out about a woman those things that are important to me and whether her dispositions fit mine, etc. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you should be friends for five years to find out every little detail first. Just set up some method of your own that eliminates the most important and influential issues that you may have............Too wordy?
by trusting.....you don't have to committ yourself fully to anyone or anything, but you have to start somewhere. As for where to be begin.....you are the one that knows for you must have learned something from your past experiences. ie: being able to judge ones character, consistency aka lies, excuses all of the above bullshit-----red flags period!!! you know the drill, Its a given after while.

By doing small things everyday until you're at where you want to be at... Meet new ppl...take it slow....dont carry all your eggs in one basket and be open to both failure and success.....
But when I think about it.....thats the only real way to approach your fears!
I don't know that you can. The most important thing is that you trust in yourself, before trusting in anyone else.
Be wise as a serpent and gentle as a dove. Wisdom will lead the way for you to overcome trust issues.
Well you can't take your problems with you from another relationship. I feel like sometimes as women we have to get our self together first that way we want get hurt by men.
By not comparing new people to people who have betrayed you in the past. Everyone is different and every encounter and every relationship is different. Try, try again - the universe likes that.
Trust that no matter what happens in the future, you will take care of you. Meaning, if your hurt and your heart is broken, trust that your body and mind will heal itself over time. Trust that you will not come undone. Trust begins with you and ends with you, the more you trust yourself the more you can trust others. Love and Light.
