   The lottery winning numbers are generated randomly. ANY combination has the same chance as any other combination.
   
   Any software that claims to help you predict the next numbers are, well, bull****. They use bad logic and bad statistics to convince you that they can. They don't, really.
   
   I'll give you a thought experiment... Think about it.
   
   I have a normal coin here, head and tail. I flipped my coin 10 times. It landed head each time. What is the chance it will land head next time? Think about that.
   
   Ready?
   
   Ready?
   
   The answer is...
   
   50%.
   
   You see, the chance of it landing 11 times in a row is 1 / 2^11, or 1/2048. That's the OVERALL chance.
   
   But the coin's chance of landing head is still 50%.
   
   Why? Because the current probability is NOT dependent on previous results.
   
   Thus, analyzing previous results will NOT help you predict future numbers. They are NOT related.
   
   What will help you? You need to pick numbers that are RARELY picked, so you don't have to share the jackpot with others. However, since no lotto publish which numbers are popular and which are not, you got nothing to work with.

   I think using a computer program to predict the lottery number is no different from just selecting the numbers by yourself.  If a computer program can be written to predict, then I am sure there would have been many winners who are programmers.  But are the winners so far, as you know, programmers?  Not likely...
