   Do you write straight into your hub or do you copy and paste from your wordprocessing program?
   
   Sometimes my ideas go straight into my hub particularly some of my poems.  Other times I use word to play about with the text before I copy and paste into my hub.  Just wondered if you use your word document first or write straight from the heart into your hub.

   I copy and paste from my word program.. most of my poems are saved on my computer, and the ones that aren't, I just type them into my word program, edit and paste.

   As you may not finish you hub (poem) in one sitting, I suggest that one should first do ones writing on a wordprocessing program.
   That way you also have a back up on your PC!

   I write straight into the hub...
   It's a psychological thing.
   When i'm on the software, then i feel like i have to write book length articles.
   
   but straight into hubpages feels more relaxed and free flowing and in the end the article comes out more heartfelt.

   I copy and paste my hubs too.  Good for backup at the computer, and there are more features on Word processor than there are on Hubpages.

   Well I don’t know how you will take it; I don’t write on word processor or hub first, I like to write on the paper. And I feel more flow when I write on a paper.
   
   Secondly it is convenient, as it save my time, any where if some thing clicks me; I just need to grab a pen. No need to look for the laptop and a coffee shop.
   
   secondly after I complete an article on a paper, then in my free time I type it in word and this helps me to check spelling mistakes and as well as I get another chance to recheck or edit the article. And then finally copy and paste it in HUB.
   
   From word to Hub benefits me to concentrate on my capsule reordering rather then writing.

   I save everything to my computer, so I copy from word. I'm also used to it, and seeing it in front of me puts me in the right state of mind for writing.

   Generally I find myself writing directly onto my Hub. However, it was pointed out to me recently that there were/ are a lot of typos and errors in my posts. From now on I will probably cut and paste.

    I cut and paste. I've been using word for so long that its hard to get used to another format. I also like to have a backup copy of my work in just in case.

    When I want to write "from the heart" articles I usually hand-write into my journal first, then I write into Word until I'm satisfied that I've said everything I want to say. I also use Google Documents to write hubs when I want to do online research at the same time, this way I can interchange between laptop and regular PC. Once I've completed the rough draft, I copy and paste into Word and do my editing. Once I've collected all my "links," photos, etc. Then I put everything into HubPages and publish.

    It mostly depends on what I write. If I am writing an article that has a lot of stuff to be added on, I will prefer writing on a word processor or as draft to my mailbox, so that I can continue later. But if I am at home and with a lot of time to hub on, I will be writing straight to hub pages.

    As odd as it is, I write my poems in a Facebook message to myself or someone else (Usually my brother) lol and then I copy and paste it into the Hub later.

    Such a mix, I find I do both - sometimes I write straight into the hub - other times I write in my wordprocessor but just lately I find myself writing more on paper like haidry - this means that where-ever I go I take a note pad with me and if an idea springs into my head I write it down.  That way I can perfect it as I go and then share it through hubpages - if it is hubpages intended.

    Good question. I usually brainstorm it on paper first in a sort of bubble chart. Then if the topic is mostly from my own experience, I write it out on paper (often at Starbucks). Third, I search for title and subtitles via Google AdWords, then transfer, edit and format into NeoOffice (equiv. to Word). After that I choose photos, graphics, and links, and mark their placement on my document. Then I cut and paste into Hubpages. That way I can add capsules in their proper order from the get-go and the hub takes less time to upload.
