No community is bad as such.
Only the people running them are bad.
So, i believe that a person is bad by his nature.
Community has got nothing to do with it.
It's their attitude no country is bad it's the person itself. The person is bad or good if what he/she wanted to be.
Some are good by their nature.
Some are bad.
Some change over the period of time
Ascertaining why people are bad is not an easy task. There are various things that need to be considered especially the influencing ones. I agree that at SOME POINT, the environment that you are into can be a FACTOR in shaping your ATTITUDE towards others. But this is not absolute. As I have said, there are many things that need to be considered.
Peoples community are not bad. The badness of people depends on how they are being brought up. That is why parents should be careful on how they train their children.
Some people are good by nature and can be turned bad because of curcumstances that happen to them. ie. rape, physical abuse, neglect, and mostly mental abuse. these society would say were bad due to community.
however some peoples brains are wired wrong and they have no social skills and don't have emotional connections with other humans or dont have the connections that let them know when they should feel remorse or love even. These are the people society would brand as being born bad.
So both can be true depending on the situation.
Nothing is bad in this world. It's all upon us what we think of others. Every person has the capability to think positive or negative. But as everyone knows that positive way or truth is always very tough to bear this is the only reason where people lost their balance and move towards the bad things. Bad things always tastes you like sweet but has a very sour and vulgar. So no community makes bad people as well as no people makes bad community these are dependent upon our thoughts what we think. Positive tends towards positive, bad reflects badly.
This all depends on experience, genetic and environmental factors which may contribute to the individual.
At times people are bad, such (a sociopath) because they have a certain chemical missing, the chemical which produces guilt does not exist in their brain. (Now they are born without this chemical and some psychologists may perhaps argue, that it’s an involuntary condition that they cannot help)
Also a community may also turn bad and violent, based on their beliefs and values. At times there is a strong belief that fighting, committing terrorist acts and killing the enemy is a good thing for themselves and nation, yet the rest of society may not agree.
Communities don't make bad people. People make bad people. Can you see the existential significance in that slogan under this context? It just hit me so it's going to cause me to have a "moment". Hi guys!

Or, do bad things happen for a reason? Some people act like it is one's own fault that one gets cancer (e.g., not eating right) or getting robbed (one acted like a victim) or even for suffering a natural disaster (for putting out a negative vibe). What do you think and...
