   Your not alone! I did some hoovering of the stairs earlier and that's it for today. The sun is shining, it's the first of May and I'm sitting on my backside lapping it all up - good relaxing exercise for the brain.

   I am not in the mood for exercise today at all, but myself and my fiancee are going to the gym in a while either way. Despite not wanting to, I still know better and am going to push myself anyway. I know the good feeling at the end of it will be worth the effort

   I just got back from a two mile walk. I didn't feel like going but I made myself. I'm glad I did but there are days when I really have to push myself to get out there.

    That's a tough one, isn't it? I know I have to do it, but not always feel like it. Got a good walk yesterday though. . .

    Exercise depends on constant repetition work. So, when I start exercising, I get myself into a routine. My normal routine will be an hour before taking my bath. So, everyday it will happen an hour before bathing.
    
    Beginning will be hard as you tend to say maybe I will do it tomorrow. But as long as you make an attempt daily, you will soon overcome the tomorrow's thought.
    
    I do have the skip today's exercise feeling.
