Sad, glad, angry, etc. are very normal feelings. Modern medicine (to sell meds) make Every human emotion a 'condition' to be cured. That being said, it's when one cannot snap out of the sad feelings, over time, that it needs medicine.
I agree with BobbiRant , , sad feelings are normal until they control of consume. Remember the old saying - Monday Blues. Must be a common.
I hope so. I think it's life. You are dreaming if you think everyday is happy! It's all about outlook, though, too. I believe one can make any sad day/moment into a peaceful/happy situation just by having the right, positive mindset.
Yes, it's highly possible to feel depression or sadness. It's proven that if you try to release all that tension by doing exercises a little more often you will feel much better. It might even help you grow taller or achieve better health over time.
Medication is an option but, doubtfully necessary. It depends on the person and degree of the problem or difficulty.
Sad is an emotion that everyone has, I don't think whatever is considered normal would be normal if you didn't express all of your emotions
I suppose--question is: what do you do, if anything, when you are aware of this. Sometimes, people experience emotions and they are not even aware of them. For me, it is an opportunity to investigate what is under those feelings.
Everyone has bouts of feeling sad. It is when you find it difficult to continue with your everyday life and cry all the time that you should seek medical advice. I would first try to see if you know what is causing your sadness. If you do make a list of goals for yourself to help overcome the sadness. Sometimes tackling 1 small thing can make you feel better about yourself. You may also try doing something for yourself, or going to see a funny movie.
It is part of our normal 5 sensors. Being sad is part of our lives. Of course it will be best if we can be happy every day but unavoidable that certain things may make us sad.
What I always do is to think of happy days when I am kinda of feeling sad. That way, it will reduce the chances of feeling sad for a longer time.
sadness makes our sense and mind stunned and helpless... so we need to take it with courage and use the sense and mind to find a way out
