Same way that I unwind from every day - beer.  Music helps too.  I often just say, "I'm in a piss poor mood" on Facebook statuses. . . .and folks start making wise cracks at me. . .that's cool too.

Have a good meal with my family, watch a movie at home, visit facebook and see what's new, write a new hub, get a relaxing massage or just lay down in bed and have a silent moment with myself.

A long hot bath with a glass of wine helps me to unwind after a stressful day. I've had a lot of these kind of days in the last week. Roll on happier times.

I discovered quite by accident that violin music relaxes me. So I selected a large number of violinist and created a relaxing disc. After what appears as a stressful day, I just place it in the CD changer and recline in my home office chair and meditate on something pleasant.

A bath and some peace and quiet, and of course, music.

Recall the things you were grateful that happened during the day.  Or you can ask for a hug from people that you love smile
