When visiting a hub for the first time do you vote and do you leave comments? Why or why not?
I do if I found the hub to be useful and of value somehow.
One's that are kind of spammy or poorly worded/written I don't. The reasons being A) If the writer didn't take the time to make the hub solid I am not going to take the time to contribute to it either - I know this sounds harsh, but come on. Quality only helps all hubbers. I'm not talking about one or two little errors, I'm talking major spelling and grammar and akward wording - like a rough draft instead of a polished piece.
If I am in strong disagreement I tend to also bite my tongue as I recognize each persons right to believe what they will. The only exception to this is if someone asks "What do you think" etc.
If a hub is written well and I can see the writer was truly passionate and cared about the subject I always give it some sort of kudos and comment on it. I appreciate it when others do the same for me. It inspires me to keep writing and keep improving.
I usually do if the article is well written and entertains me which results in me reading through the whole hub. sometimes i just vote and if i really make a connection to the hub and have something to add i comment. If something isn't amazing i might not vote it up but as long as its not spam or incorrect i won't vote it down either.
Yes- getting involved will get your Hubscore up and get you Followers
I don't reply just to get a higher score of some sort, but I do try to find something positive I can reply with to the writer. If it is well-written it's not hard. If it isn't well-written enough to finish reading I see no point in replying.
Comments help others get involved with your hubs . Reader insight helps all of us grow as writers and helps us with our future Hubs.
I always vote, but leave comments only if i like the hub :-)
I only vote or comment if I'm not ambivalent about the article. If I feel it's not good or bad, I just let it be.
I do when I really like the hub and have feedback. It's nice to know what others are thinking after my hubs are read so I try to do the same.
I vote or leave comments if that hub left an impression. If I was just checking it out because it sounded interesting, but then found I had no real interest in the subject further in, then I'm not going to make up some raving review just so my hubscore will go up or I'll get more followers.
you dont have to vote but it is best to leave your opinion and vote for what you think, such as useful, fun etc. Nothing says you have to vote but it is best to be active for the community:).

Do you ever leave comments on hubs that you have not read in full?Once in a while I see comments on hubs that suggest that the writer did not take time or care to engage the writer by fully reading the hub before commenting. A lot of times a hub makes great reading but the sheer content of the hub...
