   Obviously, never trying is worse. It all comes down to courage and bravery-- whether you were courageous enough or brave enough to try it. If you failed, then, at least you learned something. If you never tried, well, you'll never know.

   The usual wisdom would tell you that "it is better to try and fail than never to try at all."  I would generally agree with that, having the philosophy that a life lived is better than a life spent just existing.
   
   But, at the end of the day, it is really up to you.  Not everything needs to be tried or experienced.  It's your life, so if you're happy not trying it, don't let anybody tell you otherwise.

   In my opinion never trying is the worst option. As if someone never fail then how he/she knows the way of success. I think failure is the key of success. When ever some one try for something and he/she get fail in his/her attempt then at that time you have to learn something. You may realize where you are wrong. From that mistake you may learn that next time you will not repeat the same mistake.
   
   And if you never try for anything then how you will get the success.
   So never give up even if you fail so many times just try harder one day you will definitely get the success.
   
   I know its tough to try so many times may be sometime people get fade up with their destiny and they gave up. But this is not the solution. You have once again get up and hit the door of success even with more energy. And then see you will definitely achieve what soever u want to get from your life.

   Never trying is choosing to fail.  Therefore, taking a risk at being successful is always better than choosing to fail.  Should you fail after all, then you have a lesson available to learn from, so there is not a failure, merely a lesson.  Then, the only failure is, in fact, never trying.

   It is inherent in us to try and to try again until we succeed.   If it weren't we'd never learn to walk and talk.  Problem is, once we start to develop a self-image against which we measure our capabilities, we begin to become anxious that that self-image (in which we've invested so much) might not be quite what we've built it up in our imaginations to be - hence fear.
   
   Fear of failure is generally fear of getting hurt in some way, and very often just a fear of being humiliated.   So often we built into something this concept of it being a 'big deal,' when in actuality the only person who is worried about our failing is ourselves, i.e. our ego self, not our Real self. 
   
   Our real self has the quality of courage.  Our ego self, a self-consciousness of being laughed at.

    Never trying would be worse, but trying without some preparation making failure a possibility is pretty bad too.

    Failing is part of learning - we would never ride a bicycle or even walk if we didn't try and failed, then tried again. It's in our nature but as it hurts people have a tendency to avoid it while they become older.
    In many cases they never try things which makes them fail straight away.
    So failing can lead to winning while never trying will keep you there, in neverland.

    Of course never trying comes with it's regrets but sometimes you can try something important to you and fail at it and the pain of failure kicks the crap out of your self-esteem.  Recently I tried something that I so wish I could take back as now I hurt with its tragic failure.  Now I regret trying!
