   Regret leads to sadness, sadness leads to anger, anger leads to blame, blame leads to judgment, judgment leads to thoughts of revenge.
   
   A mind filled with thoughts of revenge is a cruel prison.

   Living with regrets is a waste of time and energy. We all make mistakes and that's what makes us who we are today. What has happened has happened .. it's no point going back there in your mind since some things cannot be changed. Past is past. Future is future. Present is a gift. Live your life... enjoy yourself everyday you live. Help someone in need. Forgive and forget. Care and appreciate.

   My only regret is that I did not have enough hours with my parents.
   
   They did not have the chance of enjoying their old age as we are now all grown up and can support them.
   
   It is always regretful that our lives span are too short for us children to let our parents to enjoy when we can afford to do so.

   Sure, I have regrets but I don't spend any time thinking about them. I cannot change the past but undoubtedly there are things I would have done different if I had the knowledge of the consequences beforehand.

   No, I think we dont have enough to time to live our life with regrets, rather learn from the past and move on....

   I have loads of regrets but im learning the more i dwell on them the more they make me feel depressed and sad. I cannot change what i have said or done i just have to learn by my mistakes and try my hardest to move on.. Life is too short i guess you got to make the most of what you got while you can. x

   You do not get to be my age, without wishing, you had known more, done more, or said less.........
   
   
   Yes, there are regrets, but even the worst of them are not paralyzing.
   
   I am simply wiser, now.
   
   IF, I could go back, there are some  instances that I would like handle differently.
   
     But I simply can not, so, I just keeping going forward, hoping someone, somewhere, will be open to the benefit of my hard learned lessons.
