   smoking affects everyone, there is no age bar it affects to ever age group. Learning how to give up smoking is easier now than it has ever been. There are all kinds of aids available, from nicotine gum to support groups. It may take some time and patience to find the right program or the right combination of aids, but it is well worth the effort. Smokers think that they enjoy smoking despite the fact that to smoke, one must inhale hot toxic gas and particulates in order to enjoy it. Because smokers are so attached to smoking as an enjoyable pass time, it is difficult to resolve to give up smoking without seeing stopping smoking as a test of will or abstinence, resulting in anxiety about stopping. This anxiety manifests itself in the smokers mind by making them nervous at the thought of spending the rest of their lives without their beloved cigarettes. This makes it really difficult to for a person to give up smoking. Quitting cigarettes instantly is not an easy task but it can be achieved with the help of willpower and stop smoking pills like chantix

   Smoking doesn't pick and choose their victims, smoking can affect both young and old whether they smoke or not. Second had some can be just as dangerous.

   Smoking effects everybody but it has more of an effect on people that have been smoking longer.  It also effects the people that were exposed to the smoke.  An older person I know was really sick for a long time because he smokes a lot.  It is also common for smokers to cough a lot like they are choking.  I have choked and had trouble breathing because of second hand smoke.
   
   When a young person starts smoking it significantly changes their behavior and their health.  It can take up a lot of their time and money.  They start to look and act older but it usually takes time to develop major health problems.  It also causes them to smell a lot.  So non smokers might not want to be around them.

   Smoking will equally affect both young and old people. It will bring many serious health problems including heart attack, nervous disorder and loss of memory power. Many young people have lost their good health with this bad habit. The old people will lose their immunity power and get respiratory problem when they don't stop smoking.
