Now that I have made my first payout of $55.67 how often will I get paid?

I earned my first payout months ago and have more than doubled my earnings since then yet I have not received another payout. When do I get paid again or do I have to stipulate when I want to get paid again?
I thought it would be a monthly occurrence for some reason. I have searched the FAQ for an answer to this with no luck. Surely someone knows the definitive answer?

Dang, I thought a guy like you was getting regular monthly checks from here - especially with all that hard work and decent traffic...  Hmm, don't feel too bad, as I was getting regular checks from Google for months & months  on my other websites until they recently shitcanned my ass for showing girls in bikinis on my main site, while saying my websites were sexually stimulating or something along those lines...  WTF?
I changed advertisers, but the wheels are turning slow at the moment, to say the least!
Thankfully I have a decent offline income; cheers!

Perhaps folks are not reading the whole question, I have already made twice the 55.67 I originally got paid meaning over 120.00 so if it is every 50.00 dollars they are behind that was two months ago, get it.

Delayed, delayed, delayed...  I said such things in the response that you deleted, dear nutjob!

I know I wasn't referring to you but the person whose answer I deleted, obviously she didn't read the question. I already read the FAQ and they didn't answer the question and neither did she, so she got deleted.

You get a payout on the 28th of the month following that in which you reach $50. If you don't reach $50 for a month, it rolls over to the next month. You need to reach that minimum every month for every payout.

Thank you a very good answer and unless some one can describe it better it will be chosen as the Best Answer!

That's how Google AdSense and Amazon payouts work, for example, as your payment amount rolls over into the next month, if you don't make the minimum amount.  I didn't know you wasn't meeting the 50-dollar threshold per month, when I first read this.

So in other words you mean that if you hit $50.00 on April 25th, then you will get your payout on May 28th?

Yeah, when it comes to people making greenbacks for others, the money bags usually pour out much slower than the rate they are filled.

I reached my first payout last month so was expecting to receive it this month.  After reading this I'm not so sure, it looks like there may be a delay.  I'm due to make at least $50 per month so was expecting a regular payout every month after this first one.  The 28th as a date can only really be used as a guideline, this will probably vary slightly (ie 30 days in a month), I guess I'll find out in a couple of days if I'm going to be paid this month.

Yes you will however, I made over sixty bucks and wasn't paid last month. I made over sixty the month before and wasn't paid as well so they must calculate it differently. We shall see?!

somethingblue, it seems a bit unusual to me that "you made over sixty the month before and wasn't paid."  Did you check your earning balance? (Go to "My Account", "Earnings," then "Balance History," you'll see when and how much you have earned as well as the date you got paid.)  According to HP rule, you should get your money if you've earned $50 or more before the payout on the 28th each month.
Hopefully, you'll get your big check soon!  smile

Thanks Kitty why didn't I think of that . . . Gee I must be stupid!

If I have already told you how much I made how do you think I find this info out . . .  I guessed, I'm telepathic, the tooth fairy, Santa Claus???

LOL!  Hey, maybe some people think you are not able to navigate through this highly complex, awesome menu we got here!  Lets be real, I intercepted your payments and bought me several thick-cut rib-eyes steaks.  Hey, I had extra charcoal; oops!
